- Delivery throughout the Netherlands and Belgium
- Damage-free work around buried services

From risk to control
Digging with a bucket or a spade means one bad move can cause damage, downtime and an expensive repair. Around gas, water, electricity and fibre, that is a risk nobody can price in advance.
A suction excavator turns that around. Compressed air breaks up the soil and the machine lifts it straight out. No steel goes into the ground, so nothing buried there gets damaged. You see what you expose and you stay in control of the site. For the technique itself, see vacuum excavation services and what VAC-EX is.
What our customers hire for
Anywhere the ground is sensitive and an excavator would be too blunt an instrument.
Cables and pipes
Expose gas, water, power and fibre without touching them. See exposing cables and pipes.
Tree roots
Expose roots without harming the tree. See tree root excavation.
Tight sites
Pavements, alleyways and city-centre work where an excavator simply does not fit.
With or without an operator
Run it yourself, or have our experienced operator do the work.
How a suction excavator works
Two steps, one result: the soil is gone and the service is exposed and undamaged in front of you.
Break up
The air lance breaks up the soil with compressed air, without putting any mechanical force on the ground.
Suck out
The loosened soil is drawn straight into the machine's tank.
Ground intact
Cables, pipes and roots stay completely undamaged.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to hire a suction excavator?
We hire by the full week in three fixed packages: the machine on its own, a complete set with all the tools, and a complete set including an operator. The exact rate depends on the package and the hire period. Request a no-obligation quote and we will confirm price and availability within one working day.
Do you hire out to the UK?
Our working area is the Netherlands and Belgium. These pages are for English-speaking companies with a project in that area, for example international contractors, utility firms or fibre installers working on a Dutch or Belgian site. Have a project elsewhere? Get in touch and we will see what is possible.
Can I hire with an operator?
Yes. With the operated complete set an experienced operator comes along and runs the machine for you. You do not need your own trained staff, and you still get accurate, safe work around cables, pipes and tree roots.
What is the minimum hire period?
We hire by the full week, with a minimum of one week. Longer periods are of course possible. Give us your preferred start and return date in the enquiry and we will work out the hire period for you.
Is it safe around gas mains and power cables?
Yes, that is exactly the strength of the technique. Because the work is done with air rather than steel, the machine never touches the service. Non-conductive, non-sparking tooling makes it safe to dig around gas, water, power and fibre.
Do I need experience or a certificate?
For the single machine and the complete set we give a hand-over briefing, after which you can work yourself. If you would rather hand the job over completely, choose the operated set and our operator does the digging.
